When I purchased my unit, I was assigned a parking space. When the lot was repaved, my parking space was moved. The person who got my parking space agreed to switch with me so that I could have my original space. Now that I need replacement parking passes, the management company does not want to issue them for my original space but only to the repaved space. The management company gave me permission to switch spaces, and the person with whom I switched has moved away. Can the management company deny my parking passes? Thanks for your reponse.

Yes they can but you can appeal this to the Board.

Studies show that 5 out of 4 people have problems with fractions
