Hi,

I'm looking for comparable HOA financials to do an industry analysis view of our current HOA financial health. We're a relatively 'young' HOA and as the CFO, I'd like to make sure that we're on track by comparing basic financial metrics, such as ROA, ROE, and cash flow metrics.

Ideally looking for:
1) Income and Balance sheet financial statements for relatively new HOA's for small condos, such as 40 to 50 unit buildings, and new construction
2) Time frame: January 2010 to May 2010 by month

If anybody is a current CFO and would like to discuss or if any additional information is needed, please reply.
