This HOA is being sued and the Board has hired an attorney. There are five Directors. The Board asked the attorney if a past Board Member could sit on their litigation committee, and he said yes, if he is appointed in at an open meeting. In discussion with another Attorney, he said only the Board of Directors can sit on a litigation committee due to client-attorney priveledges. I've searched, and cannot find where in the Civil Codes it states that - - help please.
