Does Davis Stirling have any guidelines for which members of the Board or officers can sign checks? If not, is granting of signature done by a vote of Board members? Or President decides?

Check Signing authority in our Association resides in our Bylaws.

Check the below Civil Code as it refers to have two signatures when withdrawing funds from the reserve account.
Civil Code ยง1365.5. Financial Duties of Board; Reserve Transfers.

Just a side note...... banks don't check signatures even if you require 2 signatures. They just needs 1 signature.. from anyone.
