Can someone tell me the best way to submit an idea to the HOA for new business? There are several vendors out there who we can benefit from doing business with, how do I introduce them to the Board?

Provide the vendor contact information to Management or the Board (if there is no Management Company).

The HOA Board must send all contracts out to bid with the same bid specifications to each vendor.
