I saved a list of items that an association should do a checklist before they accept turnover from the Developer. New computer and now your list is M.I.A. Could you please repost it? This is always relevent for new people on the site to use

Thanks so much Roger,

Now I have it copied all over the place and will not ask again.

For all of those who are nearing Turnover from your developer, it would be wise to copy this attachment from Roger. It is as good as it gets-------and it was FREE!! Thanks again Roger
