If you have a Nevada CAM license; a minimum of 3 years of HOA or portfolio management experience; and a Nevada Real Estate Brokers License, and looking for a new opportunity, please reply to this post and I will send you a formal description of the position.

If you delete this post I will say I didn't read it.

You don't think you could just hire us all and we can manage under a website arm. That would be something new. Any problem come up we could get consenus of all the people that post here. Only problem is we would have to have about 10 members of the Board that have to be President.
