thanks so much. i will check it out. i am doing this for my husband, and we are just lost. new to hoa, and its under water i guess you could say. and we never received any paperwork on it. we had to pay o9 dues, and then late dues from previous owner also. but we have no idea what the rules, ect. are. this is a small town hoa, believed to of been in exist over 40-50 years. in turmoil now, and we are stuck being the new ones.
