Do any associations use sign in/out sheets for the cleaning staff and for the management company? Meaning they come to clean the building and they have a key to get into the building, but does anyone use sign in/out sheets to ensure they are showing up.

We do for the cleaning people and for the person responsible for checking the chemical levels in the pool during season. But the sign in sheet is really only as good as the person signing it; it doesn’t prove any work was actually completed.

Studies show that 5 out of 4 people have problems with fractions

We have a card key system for all doors and gates. From this system I can see who and when has activated the doors. I can't tell exactly what was done. For the pool the county requires a log of chemical readings so I can see what that contractor did.
