I grew up in this area back in the 60's. It was the idea place to raise a family. Boy, things have really changed. I saw this article on this site and thought I share what a really well respected HOA in California looked like. And I thought I had problems.

Actually, it went from $200 to $240 which is allowable. Probably the only legal thing this lady ever did.
