My question on 10/8 was regarding how assessment ratios are determined. We recently bought a house with approximately one acre lot. The other lots in the development are approximately two to five acres. We are at the entrance to the development and I would like to know how the assessment ratio is determined. Since we do not have as large a lot as the others and because maintenance of the road leading from the entrance to our lot is shorter than to the other lots, how would this factor into our share of the street assessment?
