Our property manager recently gave us notice that he is cutting back his practice and he will resign as allowed under the terms of his contract in 60 days.

We need to hire another property manager. We are a 20+ year old 40 unit HOA - no common pool, no common clubhouse. Can anyone suggest a replacement? Past property manager prepared monthly financials (hard copy) and distributed them to board members; he also attended most board meetings. He also prepared annual reportings and handled getting tax returns prepared.
