Is an rv cover more than a screen ? Our hoa requires a sreening of a rv. Is a rv cover more or less then a screen.Does a screen mean a 6 ft solid fence or solid plant cover or a screen of not less than 85% in Calif. ?

Here's a wild suggestion. Why not ask the MC or BOD just what they consider sufficient screening?

Studies show that 5 out of 4 people have problems with fractions

While Glen's answer may have been a little sarcastic, you really do need to check with the BOD or MC. Each HOA's documents are different but if the Covenant requires screening I doubt hiding it under a cover counts. Usually the screening requirement means to make the RV less noticeable, a cover by itself IMHO doesn't do that.

There probably are requirements written or at least somewhere in architectural guidelines a description of covering for your HOA. That phrasing usually means hidden from view. That means landscape or fencing, not a big green cover made out of vinyl.
