I have previously posted sometime ago from Florida and mentioned that Florida has a specific set of rules and regs for HOA's. I am now involved in an HOA in north GA and was wondering if Georgia has a website for rules and regs as well. This is a very new HOA and the one year anniversary is fast approaching. The current officers have no knowledge of HOA procedures and are even considering just not having the yearly meeting and not changing officers at this time. I would like to direct them to a website if at all possible without seeming pushy as I'm the new kid on the block. Thanks for anyones help!

Thanks for the quick replies. I will pass the info on to the current officers.
