We need help. Our CC&Rs are so out of date,hard to understand. They must be rewritten. Is there some where we can find a generic
CC&Rs that can be adapted to our needs. We are located in Casa Grande Arizona. Thanks

Bob, you could start by getting copies of similar associations' CC&R's formed recently from the Real Property Records in your county. Call your County Clerk and Recorder for guidance.

Bob, you can use your Search engine on the internet and find examples of
other Associations' CC&Rs. These may provide some help to ytou. But keep
in mind your Association's needs and your State laws. These other CC&RS
can only be a guide for your Association to use and mold into your needs.
It takes a lot of searching and research but this will give
you examples of other Associations CC&Rs. Use the keywords your state , homeowners associations, CC&Rs
,etc. I did this and it was an great help and I came up with good examples for my Association
