As we ALLLLLLLLLL know.. the problem of irresponsible pet owners allowing their dogs to doo-doo without picking it up. Has anyone had any newsletter articles on t his subject that I could get an idea from on how/what to include in an article. Here, as I am sure it is in ALL YOUR areas, this problem makes one want to outlaw pets on the premises even though I am an avid pet lover. Any ideas on what to say in an article whether it be a newsletter or a notice on the Board???

does your community have bags available? Also maybe in your newsletter
suggesting that you hope the neighborhood doesn't have to resort to
taking photos of the pets in their private moments.

Alex, what EXACTLY do your rules state about pets on the grounds? Perhaps if you could quote us those rules/restrictions we could help you more.

If you have a website what about taking pictures of folks caught in the act and post them under some harmless title...Oops! or What did I forget?

This has been addressed a multiple of times in writing here and we even put in a garbage can with plastic bags right above in our little park area...perhaps 60 of maybe even 70% of dog owners use it. There is little one can do about a person who feels entitled to do anything they want. We have had some owners put it in a bag and deposit at the offending owner's door..hopefully emptying the bag to make clean up a little harder. This could be dangerous and I don't recommend it though I really like the idea. Sort of chickens coming home to roost..LOL
