Not me, but I just googled it, and the ABA (American Bar Association) has a good .pdf article about easements of all types, including a View Corridor Easement (commonly referred to as a "negative" easement.) I just learned a thing or three...
Google - "view corridor easement" Quotes are important. Should be one of the top search results. It's from 2003, and stuff DOES change. To me...looks like some SERIOUS property legalese...
