Hi everyone, (I'm back) You were such a help in the past ~ I am considering taking the over 30 redactions (or a portion of them) that I have recieved on the financial's over the past two years to small claims court. But would like to be on firm ground before I do. Who is authorized to do the redacting. I understand that only the board can make these decision's, not the Mgmt Co. However my question would be ~ Is the "inhouse" attorney also authorized to make the decision to redact information from the financial's without the knowledge or consent of the board. I ask this question because once I request a monthly financial, and recieve it there has not been enough time for the board to meet again. So it would seem that our "inhouse" attorney is making these decisions all my herself.

Any comments are welcome

Up to the point the board accepts or approves the financial statement, anyone can change anything. However, the report the board actually approves had better be accurate, because they are so attesting. Once approved, no one has the right to change it. Any errors or corrections should be noted/adjusted in the next report.
