A question for those in Colorado.
Our Association is opted out of CCIOA (Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act) and as such has a limit set on annual dues. This legal limit was set at $400 in 1998, I think, but was linked to some consumer index.
Does anyone know what the current figure for this limit is?
My best guesstimate is putting it in the region of $510-$550 but is it documented anywhere?
