They have begun a new program called webinar, you can go on and ask questions pertaining to HOA's.

Maybe I'm not navigating the site very well, but I can see nowhere to ask questions. I did see a lot of informational "seminars" coming up that one can pay to "attend"...

They are just beginning it I believe 9/23/09 is the start date of the webinar's. Sorry for the confusion.

This is what "webinar" is all about:

What is a webinar?
An interactive program conducted via Internet and audio teleconference. The programs are hosted by industry experts and cover hot topics, best practices and subjects of special interest to our members.

I used to access CAI's messageboard many years ago. I really liked it; it was very informative and there were many, very personable posters -- no flaming! But they changed the format and now it's only accessible to CAI members. Webinar is not a messageboard but rather teleconferencing. If you decide to register you may find CAI membership is a requirement. Just a thought; of course I may be wrong about that!
