I hear there is a shortage of firms that specialize in services of this nature, I am with an accounting practice in the San Antonio, Texas area and willing to help any way I can. We work with self managed HOA's and Management companies.

Steve, I don't know where you heard it from but there are a plethora of companies that do reserve studies, just type HOA reserve study into any search engine to find them; as for auditors check the yellow pages under accounting or CPA's.
