We are a 128 home senior community Currently we have nothing in our CC&Rs restricting the number of rentals. Does anyone know if there is an applicable civil code (in California)? We are concerned with having too many of our properties being converted to rentals because of the economy.

Just a question -- Since you are an age-restricted community, do your CC&Rs state that only people of a certain age can rent in your development?
