I know this is really off use, but I can't seem to get a response from this forum's technical support. I am trying to logout of this forum. I click on the logout word on the Home page but nothing happens. Can anyone else logout out? I am stuck logged in.

Robert,

Sorry I can't answer your question. But, I'm wondering why you want to log off. Don't you like us anymore?

Robert - I just logged out and logged back in without a problem. I used the logout link (very small) at the bottom of the home page. Worked like a charm.

Of course, you could solve the problem by deleting the cookies accumulated in your browser, but that would also eliminate ALL of the fields at various websites that "remember" you.

John, did you have to actually click on a login button? I just stay logged in no matter how many times I click on logout. I was hoping to avoid the cookie route.

I normally stay logged in all the time (of course, this is accomplished with a cookie in your browser's temporary internet files).

In the test I just did, I logged out (as I said from the bottom of the home page), then I had to use the login button to log in again.

I could say I am too thin skinned for some of the criticism I have received recently, but I won't.

Robert,

Criticism??? All I can say about that is "Welcome to the club". We've all been there. But, this site is pretty tame. If you want criticism (denegration, foul language, etc) I can point you to several other HOA websites whose members could have written the book on netiquette gone bad.

Robert,

LOL!!! Reminds me of the Senate Gov. Comm. meeting last week. They were talking about HB2034, Authority over Roadways. One speaker said the same bill was introduced 3 years ago and defeated, then again last year and defeated now it's come back again ". . .just like a Phoenix rising from the ashes. This darn thing just won't die."

Well, I'm glad you've risen again, Robert!
