I am the listing agent for this association and the builder. Currently the Builder still has the majority vote and can not pass the control of the association to the owners until 1.9 more units sell. Of course there the homeowners have quite a few things that need to be kept up on, landscaping issue etc. The builder is looking for a reputable management company for these 24 units. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you!

We are located in Tracy, Ca. we are currently using Merit Property Management. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them 7.5. I really like our PM. Some of his support staff seems a little over worked as it takes them to long to respond to emails and followup. We have seen a little bit of churn in staff over the years. They are a fairly large company.

If you still have a need I would recommend you atleast look at them.

Good Luck
