Robert,

Through the months that I have been posting on HOA Talk, you have given me ways to push on when I wanted to give up. I have eagerly awaited for your replies to my threads to no avail. As I read other threads and see your responses, I ponder why oh why hasn't Robert commented on mine as I am sure that you can and have shared your wisdom.

I hope that I have not offended you in any way! If I have, please accept this as my apology.

Regards,
Grace

Grace, you sound a bit "smitten" with Robert. Is there something there you're not telling us?

Just kidding. I think we all feel as you; that at times there may be one person on this site who really, really understands EXACTLY what we're getting at; what points we're trying to make; or what answers we're seeking. It's that one person that actually seems to "get" what we're talking about.

That ONE person for ME is DONNA. But I know I must share her with around 150 other people....so as quick as she is to respond I know that at times I must "take a number" and be patient.

Hopefully you'll get a response from Robert soon.

Anna,
Thank you as a friend. I think that we all have a smitten moment occasionally with Robert. The ole salt has such a way with words and has no qualms about lacing us up when we need it. We do take care of each other when the occasional nay- sayer rears their ugly head and that does make for good comrads.

Yes, I have become smitten. I have become smitten with everyone on here. Their willingness to help complete strangers, is overwhelming.

I have experienced through all of you that when we are the ones seeking help, we receive it tenfold. Even if it is a chuckle to lighten the moment, you guys have willingly pitched in !

I hope that it is a matter of waiting my turn as I would hate to know that I had offended someone that I have grown to admire.
