Thank for all the input and your thoughts. Sorry I should have kept you up to date. No,are NOT going to pay this man. He is asking for so much even our secretary can't keep up with it! He even wants resignation letters from previous board members! Yes, he is a control freak. Oh one other thing, our BOD consists of 2 females on the BOD, and one is the Pres.(not that it should mean anytthing).I will try to keep you all up to date. Again thanks ya all

I think that is't time for a cease and desist letter from an attorney. Tell him that he IS privledge to records but that he not entitled to waste valuable time of the Board who are trying to run the association. Ask him in the letter if there is something specific that he is looking for and make him understand that other members of the association want the Board to share time on all of their issues, not just his. Sometimes, we have to take a stand and face down someone who is this demanding. Boy, did I clean this up!
