Has anyone had a case where the board has printed defamatory information on the association website? If so, what actions did you take against the board.

Shelley,

Can you elaborate? Exactly what was posted on the website?

It also may be advisable for you to direct this question to an attorney in your jurisdiction.

In nearby Frisco there was a situation where some members and the Board traded accusations of slander. In the end the suit was settled out of court and the Board recalled. But you will have to consult an attorney to know if you have an actionable case or not.
