Does any one know if there is a company who would purchase a lien or has anyone ever sold the lien from their HOA to an outside party to collect???

While we haven't done so...am interested. Try a google search, for ex., selling property liens, lien buyers, lien purchasers. Several links came up - haven't looked thruough them yet.

I would be interested in any experiences of other HOAs.
