I'm the Secretary of a recently formed homeowners association in Virginia, and I've been requested to find a minutes book with sample forms specific to Virginia. Does anyone know if such a thing exists, and if so, where I can find it?

Chris: You can find the forms on the internet, I think in Microsoft word and download them. Meeting minutes are just a recording of where meeting was held, who was there and what motions were made, how voted, and when meeting closed. Just what was done , not what was said. Roberts rules of order!

Check the Virginia page and especially the bottom of the right column "Fairfax County Community Association Manual" which has info on Secretary and minutes

There are some a Staples or other office supply stores. The forms are general but are able to conform to the different states. You should be able to find the forms anywhere that offers forms for "selling your own house" etc... Some come with CD's and others are just the forms.
