Under Colorado statutes does HOA a member have the right to see attorny billing statements? Not substance of attorney advice nor merits of any litigation but just Date, Subject and amount.

You could ask, but don't count on it.

You can have access to the budget and how much to Board estimated for legal fees for the upcoming year.
You could ask a board member how they came up with that figure. How they determined the hourly rate.

You can have access to the same financial reports that the board gets, by requesting the minutes of the meeting. The Treasurer's report should be attached.

But to see itemized bills? I doubt it. And that is just not for legal bills.
