We have recently been told that we do not have an actual HOA but we are a COP. Can anyone tell me where to find information on a "COP"?

Pam I've never seen the acronym COP used with community development, what type of community are you in? Condo, free standing homes, etc.; if it is condo then it might be COA (Condominium Owners Association) or there is POA (Property Owners Association) or it could be CO-OP which is short for Co-Operative.
