If you have rundown properties in your community that are owned by banks check out "foreclosure messes" on this site. What a great idea..there is now a new site that can be of help. The site is www.lenderoffender.com. It is high time these lenders need to keep up properties they are foreclosing on without any regard for the neighborhood which affects all of our property values. Lenders should not be exempt from paying association dues and certainly not be allowed to allow a neighborhood to deteriorate. We shouldn't have to deal with green, slimy swinning pools, dead lawns, trash buildup. It's time for power to the people.

Thank you for the website. We have a number of homes that are going through foreclosure. Not only are the dues in arears, but we were not sure how we would maintain the yards so the entire complex stays looking decent. Thanks again.
