I just saw that there is a new site where you can post addresses, pictures and the name of the lender who is forecosing if properties are not maintained. It must be working..Wells Fargo cleaned up a property that was on the site and said they would keep monitoring the site. It was started by a neighbor of a property that had been abandoned for two years. www.Lenderoffender.com

Thank you for the information. We have a number of homes within our HOA that are going through foreclosure and have wondered how we are going to keep the yards maintained until the homes are sold.
