Our prospectus has a few rules that the park owners are no abiding by and will not ammend.
Everyone is confused.
Is the park owner not resposible to ammend these egnored rules by law.

You need to give us more information. Do you own the lots that your unit sits on or does the Park owner? I am assuming that you are either manufactured or mobile homes?

What rules are you referring to. We need to know what your documents say as for amending the protective covenants and bylaws. Are you a registered HOA?
