DonnaS..thank you for your input. I've read the 720 statutes...and like you, I don't see any reference to the sunshine law...I'm the president of our HOA, and our Prop Mgr seems to think we fall into the sunshine provision. I wonder if you could direct me to other documention that would Quiet this down...I appreciate you taking the time to help.....Thank you very much..RussS

Google in --"Fl Sunshine Laws and HOAS" The second item down is "Sunshine Manual-What agencies are covered by the Sunshine Laws" That will serve you with all of the answers. Glad to help.
