I am requesting to examine the actual bank statements with pariticular attention to records of deposits for any and all of the accounts that are owned by my HOA to which I am a memeber is good standing. Must this request be made in writing and delivered by email or must I send a certified or registered letter? Thank you. I am in possession of the AZ statute and I find no clarification in that writing. Sincerely, Joanne

I doubt if you will be able to get that information. It minght violate the personal protection of individual homeowners.

You certainly have the right to see financial reports, like the ones each board members gets, plus any contracts that the board signs.

But to get into the accounts themselves? I doubt it.

What information are you looking for that the Treasurer would not be able to provide you?
