Hello everyone,
I am the president of an HOA commmunity in Baltimore County Maryland and am looking to refurbish / replace our community entrance signs. Any ideas or suggestions of companies to use for this project is appreciated .

Thanks, John

Let me know what you find. We have some large 3x5 signs that are sandblasted on Redwood. The signs aren't in real bad condition, but they need refurbishing, painting and sealing, but everyone wants to replace the signs with new ones that were made of man-made composite material. The sign board itself is in pretty good condition since it's made of redwood. They tell me that they want about $120 per square foot to produce this type of sign in the composite.

My wife worked for a national sign company (the largest full service sign shop). There are seven locations located in Maryland and from her experience, if they are unable to satisfy your needs, this company may be able to direct you to an appropriate location.

I believe each shop to be a franchise, and so I would not be able to vouch for other locations, but there is a corporate website that you can visit that may have some information you can use to window shop... and do some comparisons to local companies.
