I was wondering if any of the property managers on here supervise a community with a workout room and how often you have it professionally cleaned, in addition to the cleaning that the members are "supposed to do" after they finish using the machine? Thanks!

Laramie,
I am not P.M nor do I supervise a gym but a HOA where I own a unit has one. It is professionally cleaned, disinfected, once a week, not counting a wipedown each night by a volunteer. Because it is a 55+ community, the users tend to wipe it down for fear of getting tattled on if they don't.

Thank you Donna!
It's funny that you say that because it is my 55+ and older that dirty it up. I have one man that is probably 65-70 and he comes in and runs on our treadmills and slings puddles of sweat everywhere and refuses to clean up after himself!

Laramie,
Then he gets a note saying that it has been mentioned that he is not cleaning up and his fellow workout friends are unhappy with having to use his dirty equipment. Ours is cleaned once a week by the service that does the clubhouse as well.
