Has anyone ever gotten an HOA loan? If so, can someone refer me to a bank. Our subdivision is in Atlanta, GA. We have tennis courts that need to be redone for $35K and we don't have the $$ in reserve right now.

I suggest trying to have a special assessment.....Read your By-laws on what amount is allowed for loans, if that is the way the stockholders vote.

try condoassociation.com, they provide loans and insurance to condo associations and hoas

I have no experience with them, but they sponsor this board and advertise that they loan money to HOAs.

Last year, we refinanced a construction loan with Banco Popular http://www.bancopopular.com.
