We are starting an association for our new devolpment and we have been overtaken by blackberry bushes and weeds that are coming on to the street and the common area for mailboxes etc.. I would like to know are we authorized to cut down the weeds and replace them with the states natural trees, and make the community less maintanance, even though our association has not gotten off of the ground yet?

Since we're resurrecting old posts I went to the beginning and found one with no replies, maybe the new posters have some advice for an outdated post and I'm not even hawking a product or service just doing it as a public service.

Glen,

I have some ocean-front property in AZ -- just in case we have to hawk something to get this old thread going! LOL

Perhaps we should wait to see if Anthony is still around b/4 giving any opinions.

Gracias, Glen.

But I confess.

I have no freaking idea what he's asking! =\

I think he was asking if they could change the landscaping in an HOA still under development.
