Did not know how to access the archives here to see if this subject had been touched on before..... It pertains to hiring a good, responsible, not-corrupt landscaper.. What are some of the interview points that one should consider, etc?

Alex,
First use the search feature top right of page.

Next,look on bottom left and check out CAN site. They may have something in their library.

Next, stop and ask a similar HOA in your area and see how they handle it.

Next Google: HOA's, Landscape contracts or some such and see what you pull up and run it down.
