At Board meetings, it would be GREAT to be able to hand out a ONE-PAGE synopsis of the financial statement for the month or quarter. I have NOT been able to find an EXAMPLE of such a statement that can be placed on ONE page. Does anyone have any ideas as to what one can include on a neat one-pager?

Best thing I could think of:
front page: year to date statement of revenue/expenditures vs. budget
back side: balance sheet ending the reporting period

Alex,
We email a Balance Sheet, Income Statement which includes the month and YTD actual & budget, Cash Flow Chart, and summary of A/R the first or second day after the EOM. The cash flow chart which provides info on the Balance Sheet and Income Statement provides the info wanted by most Board members. Attached is an example.
