I am in Gainesville, GA. can anyone tell me how i would go about looking for a new management company that services my area. I have a committee ready and waiting.

What type of units, how many units are in your assoication and are thier any amenities? Do you want a on-site management co. What services do you want included.

We have 152 single family homes with no ammenities. We are looking for a management company to do financials and drive thrus.

Carey: I'm also in Indiana. My HOA is considering a different management company as well. Please let me know your thoughts. We're about 115 homes, looking for financials, maybe some contractor assistance and drive-thru reports.

We cover GA, FL, KY, TN, IN, IL, OH thats just the East coast.
On-site staff and Drive-thrus are not a issue

I would suggest you visit some HOAs around your area and get the management company info (usually posted on the intercom directory).

Get references from other HOAs, lastly use the Better Business Bureau to check them out.
