Hello all,

This is more of a personal interaction question regarding the HOA specifically at the time of our monthly meetings. More than likely these interactions happen during open seession, but also have during ES as well.

We have 1 board member who does this at almost every meeting. During open session he will speak out turn, interupt and often challenge the board during "the audience" of open session. The thing is? Usually he is cut off, or asked to redirect his concerns to ES for certain items.... but also he has actually spoken out about things he has voted "yes" on and often has to be remided he voted yes on it.....

He often will come to meetings without reading the board packet we get for our meetings with agenda etc. I do not know how to handle this man other than correct him at the time of his inappropriate speaking ( he likes to interact during open forum freely giving his opinion on HO's issues and concerns ) and also likes to "make sure i't known he doesn't agree with x y and z.. but often.. he has voted on it in past meetings..

Sensitive issue? Not really to me, but he really doesn't portray us in the best light.

Fracesca,

AN EMPTY BARREL MAKES THE MOST NOISE! He comes off as a doofus to me and I'll bet others see him that way too. Someone needs to call him out of order or already had your time limit or turn.
