I am looking for a Lawyer to handle only HOA's. I am Plam Beach County Fl. and thought with all these great minds reading this, I could get some names?We need a small group maybe 1 or 2 lawyers not a huge firm. We have that now and our small community seems to get lost in the pile. Plus we have had them 30 years and would like a more up to date on all the changes, Thank You all in advance for any info...LaVerne

Due to HOATALK posting rules, we cannot give you names BUT if you e-mail me at [email protected], I can give you the firm that we used from West Palm Beach. At least it is a start in your search. They are great because they did not require a monthly retainer fee. That reayy big firm, the one that writes the column, they are too expensive and with 40 or 50 lawyers, you never knew who would answer .
