To all,
Somewhere,in probably a couple of posts there was procudures listed by # on the steps that should be taken by the Board considering how to construct a policy on Anticipated Foreclosures.

It was kind of a Boiler Plate Plan that could be tweaked to each Condo.

I really have spent a lot of time looking on "search" for this, close but no cigar.

If that don't work, how about posting a good Step by step procedure.

I need this yesterday.

Thanks a lot.

I don't think the attached are exactly what you are looking for. Nevertheless, they may be helpful.

Roger,
I have tried to search those posting you made about foreclosure procedures.

I searched your name and about every other time when I go from one page to the next, I am switched back to the searh page. Dont know what is going on but would appreciate it if you have those posts at hand, please print them on a new thread. I really think this housing thing is not going away yet and associations would do well to have a good procedure on the books. I remrmber some of what you posted could be easily applied to nearly all HOA's. Thanks.

Also, thank you George.
