Who will give a loan to homeowners associations in Michigan and Ohio for improvement projects and/or road repair/maintenance?
We've found lenders in California and Alaska thus far who are lending in those states only.
Thanks!

We approached the local municipality for a SAD (Special Assessment District) to pave our roads (about 7 miles) They handled the financing and billing and each homeowner paid over 10 year period, HOWEVER, there was an administrative fee that many homeowners were upset with. But we had no other choice. There was no way we could come up with almost 2 million dollars!
