I have heard about a book written by an attorney that is supposed to simplify FS 720 including the new amendments that are to take place in 2008. Does anyone know the name of the book or the author?

I bet it is The Law of Florida Homeowners Associations by Pete Dunbar. The condo book that he wrote is called The Condominium Concept.

Both are excellent- bibles for boards and CAMs.

Oops, just reread your post- not sure about the '08 updates, but the HOA book that I have is in it's 7th edition, so I would bet this is the one that you are referring to.
