Voting Roads/painting homes

Thanks for all the in-put on this subject folks. Now, let me explain further. Anything over 5,000.00 the homeowners have to vote on. We have enough money to pave roads OR paint homes but not both this year,we always give them a vote this way the BOD are not to blame. They vote on one and the results are counted and given at special meeting just for this.It is a job as we are a homeowner run assoc. not management co.so we work very hard , as you many of you out there know.
