I'm a board memmber of a small condo community. I've been at this position for 3 years. Rarely are there any volunteers to participate in activities related to serving the communty. We are delighted that recently there has been some interest demonstrated by home owners towards coordinating Landscaping activities. We decided to form a Landscaping Committee.
My question. Are there published rules / guidelines defining the roles of a committe and the relationship between the Board and the Committee?
